About the Collective
The Intentionally Tabled Creative Collective was born from a simple but deeply held belief: that the wedding industry is better when we show up for each other. Better when we celebrate diversity and inclusion, lift each other up, and build businesses that are as sustainable as they are meaningful.
This is a space for wedding vendors and creative small business owners (with a specific emphasis on those rooted in the Great Lakes region) who are ready to reflect, connect, and grow alongside a community of like-minded creatives.
Through intimate in-person events, honest conversations, and educational programming, we are building something that this industry has needed for a long time.

We believe that a truly sustainable creative business is one that takes care of itself and the community around it. We are here to support each other in building careers that are intentional, values-based, and deeply invested in the people and places we call home.
