A community of wedding and creative industry professionals committed to building a more inclusive, sustainable,
and values-based industry; together.
A community of wedding and creative industry professionals committed to building a more inclusive, sustainable, and values-based industry; together.
The Intentionally Tabled Creative Collective was born from a simple but deeply held belief: that the wedding industry is better when we show up for each other. Better when we celebrate diversity and inclusion, lift each other up, and build businesses that are as sustainable as they are meaningful.
This is a space for wedding vendors and creative small business owners (with a specific emphasis on those rooted in the Great Lakes region) who are ready to reflect, connect, and grow alongside a community of like-minded creatives.
Through intimate in-person events, honest conversations, and educational programming, we are building something that this industry has needed for a long time.
The Intentionally Tabled Creative Collective is built on the belief that when creative professionals feel supported, seen, and connected to something bigger than themselves, the entire industry rises.
This is a space where that work begins.
Grounded in Growth
Committed to Sustainability
This is a space for vendors who don't just believe in inclusion; they live it. In the couples they serve, the vendors they refer, the venues they support, and the way they show up in their communities every single day.
Growth looks different for everyone; but we believe it always happens more meaningfully in community. This is a space to reflect, learn, and evolve alongside a group of like-minded creatives who are all working toward something bigger than themselves.
We believe that a truly sustainable creative business is one that takes care of itself and the community around it. We are here to support each other in building careers that are intentional, values-based, and deeply invested in the people and places we call home.
As the season begins to stir and a new chapter of your business starts to take shape, we are gathering a small and intentional group of wedding professionals for an evening of reflection, connection, and community.
The evening unfolds in two intentional phases:
Rooted: A grounded opening focused on reflection, your why, and the values at the heart of your business.
Blooming: A dinner conversation centered on possibility, growth, and what you are nurturing and stepping into this season.
The Creative Team Behind the Evening

The evening includes hors d'oeuvres on arrival, a four course dinner with reflective conversation guides at each place setting, desserts, non-alcoholic beverages, interactive guest activities, a dance party, and more.

Our April 28th gathering is designed specifically for wedding vendors who believe that how we show up for our industry matters just as much as the work itself. If you are values-driven, community minded, and ready to start the season grounded in your why and connected to something bigger than yourself, we would love to have you at the table.
This is an intimate gathering and we want to make sure every seat is the right fit. Before purchasing your ticket, we invite all prospective attendees to submit a short interest form. This is simply our way of getting to know you a little before the event and making sure the experience meets your needs and expectations.
