At Intentionally Tabled, we don’t chase perfection, we chase what actually matters: connection, authenticity, and meaningful celebration. Your wedding day shouldn’t feel like a performance for social media or anyone else’s expectations. It should be a reflection of you, full of real moments, unplanned laughter, and the raw emotions that make your love story uniquely yours.
Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but we guide you through the process with care, support, and thoughtful attention to every detail.
Our goal is for you to experience your day fully knowing that the
Intentionally Tabled team is working to bring your vision to life.

"It was important to us that our wedding felt grounded in our values, and Jeannene was indispensable in making that a reality."

We don't plan on autopilot. Every choice is made
with care and purpose. We take the time to really understand what you value, what you want to feel, and what you want the people you love to walk away remembering. That kind of thoughtfulness doesn't happen by accident. It happens because we slow down, ask the right questions, and stay focused on what actually matters to you.

Your celebration should feel like yours, not a version of someone else's wedding you saved on Pinterest, and not what anyone else thinks it should look like. We want to know your story: how you met, what your family means to you, the details that make you, you. That's what we build from; because when a celebration is grounded in something real your guests feel it and you feel it. Those are the type of moments that stay with people long after the night is over.
At the end of the day, none of the planning details matter as much as the people in the room. We plan with that in mind. Our goal isn't a flawless event; it's a meaningful one, where you're present enough to take it all in, your guests feel genuinely welcomed, and the love at the center of it all actually comes through. Connection is what you'll remember; so it's what we prioritize.
Jeannene Jones-Rupert (she/her)
Sentimentalist. Hostess. Scorpio. queer. Romantic. Inspired by connection and storytelling.
As the founder and creative director of Intentionally Tabled, Jeannene works alongside couples and fellow creatives to bring weddings and gatherings to life in Michigan and beyond.
Blending her background in developmental psychology and counseling with her experience in interior design and community storytelling, Jeannene brings both emotional intelligence and creative vision to every celebration she takes on.
To her, the magic lives not in perfection, but in connection, honesty, and the beautifully personal details that make every celebration unmistakably yours.

“Her approach was rooted in the perfectly imperfect and authentic human connection. Together, this gave a richness to the design not only looked beautiful but felt beautiful – going beyond making a beautiful space and creating an environment of comfort, ease, and joy that fostered genuine connection.”
