Every wedding we've had the privilege of designing has taught us something new about people, about love, and about the details that make a celebration feel truly alive. We've planned weddings through freak storms, coordinated vendors across multiple states, and transformed blank venue spaces into rooms that made guests stop in their tracks. Through all of it, one thing has never changed: our belief that your wedding day should feel like the truest, most intentional version of you.
We come to this work with more than organizational skills and vendor relationships, though we have plenty of both. We come with genuine curiosity about your story, deep care for the experience you and your guests will have, and an unwavering commitment to making sure that every detail, seen and unseen, is handled with heart. Step 1: The Discovery Call
Before anything else, we have a phone call to learn
about your love story and the vision you have for
your wedding day. This is where we make sure
we're the right fit for each other.
Step 2: booking & onboarding
Once your contract is signed and retainer is received, we'll sit down together for an onboarding meeting to walk through the full planning and design process and get everything officially underway.
Step 3: The Vision Meeting
This is where we dive deep into your story, your values, and the details that matter most to you. We leave this meeting with a clear creative direction and a shared understanding of what your wedding day should look and feel like.
Step 4: Design Development
Using everything we've learned about you, we begin building out the design concept for your celebration: from mood boards and color palettes to layout, atmosphere, and all of the sentimental details that will make your day unmistakably yours.
Step 5: Vendor Curation
We tap into our trusted network to build a creative team that aligns with your vision, your values, and your budget. We manage all communication, contracts, and relationships from this point forward so you don't have to.
Step 6: Planning & Meetings
Throughout the planning process we meet regularly to keep everything on track, make decisions together, and ensure every detail is exactly as it should be. We handle the logistics so your only job is to stay excited.
Step 7: The Final Details
In the month leading up to your wedding, we confirm every vendor, finalize every timeline, and make sure every last detail is buttoned up and ready to go. This is where all of the planning comes together.
Step 8: Your Wedding Day
We arrive early, stay late, and manage everything behind the scenes so that from the moment you wake up to the final send-off, all you have to do is be fully present and celebrate.
